Time for New Year Revolutions

So, here we are…approaching the final days of 2018. Although I try really hard not to subscribe to the “It’s a New Year, what am I going to do differently?” shenanigans, I usually do…However, this year I’m calling it my ‘New Year Revolutions’ – slow, yet complete life changes. Not trying to set myself up for the ultimate fail. Not in 2018!

 

2018 is definitely my year for increased self-care and doing most (aiming high), if not all, of the following:

 

-Drink gallons more water

-Think before I eat

-Substance vs Satisfaction

-Increase exercise

-Rest when needed

-Bomb natural beauty regimen

-Small, non-guilty pleasures

-Eat more raw foods

-Exfoliate regularly

-Increased meditation and prayer

-Pay attention to vibes and energy

-Say yes when I can and no when I can’t

-Facials and massages

-Do more for others

-Spread peace and love

-Post more articles on this blog…

-Be kind to myself
